Today, we’re announcing the availability of Snyk Accelerate powered by Accenture, a new joint offering to help organizations adopt a developer-friendly security program that reduces business risk while speeding up developer innovation.

Software is being developed and released faster than ever before. While this means development teams are accomplishing more in less time, it’s also led to increasingly complex software supply chains and an ever-growing backlog of vulnerabilities for security teams to manage.

Additionally, many AppSec teams are severely outnumbered by developers and work with multiple security tools. Not only do they struggle to keep up with the volume of code, but they also have a high volume of alerts to investigate that may contain duplicates and false positives. Without greater accuracy and prioritization, this can result in missed issues, costly late fixes, or developer slowdowns.

Security must be a core part of the development process to scale, but it can’t disrupt developer productivity. Snyk’s shift-left approach allows security teams to keep pace with agile development methodologies while effectively managing and prioritizing the new risks introduced by cloud and AI technologies. Here’s how Snyk Accelerate powered by Accenture can help you disseminate developer-friendly security throughout your organization.

Grow and scale your AppSec program with Snyk and Accenture

Snyk Accelerate, powered by Accenture, is designed to improve application security sustainably across development teams while maximizing productivity. It’s a first-of-its-kind service designed to seamlessly integrate Snyk’s developer security platform into the core of enterprise development processes, equipping and empowering organizations to expedite their innovation securely.

Accenture serves nearly all Fortune Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies, a testament to their breadth and depth of security and development expertise. With their wealth of experience supporting clients as they navigate complex security challenges and transformations, Accenture is uniquely positioned to help accelerate the adoption and impact of Snyk's platform.

Snyk Accelerate powered by Accenture combines Snyk licenses with Accenture’s end-to-end service options, helping enterprises understand the gaps in their AppSec program, implement Snyk’s platform, integrate it into the developer environment, train teams on how to make the best use of Snyk and educate them on new processes. This joint offering provides a faster time to value and better business outcomes for clients while enabling clients to manage their AppSec program independently.

“This alliance comes at a pivotal moment as enterprises are seeking to maximize the impact of their AppSec investments in the GenAI era,” said John Delmare, Managing Director, Global Application/Cloud Security at Accenture. “With Accenture and Snyk working together, we’re seeking to set a new industry standard for what a modern AppSec program can achieve.”

Scaling security tooling across large enterprises presents a significant challenge for any technology provider, and successful implementation requires more than just tools – it demands a mindset shift.

Successfully scaling adoption requires careful planning and collaboration. Clients and partners can benefit from a shared understanding of the complexities involved and navigate potential resource requirements. Accenture's expertise ensures successful Snyk platform implementation and quickly maximizes its value. Leveraging our deep expertise cultivated through a two-year partnership with over 50 trained consultants worldwide and numerous global contracts, Accenture is fully enabled to deliver these critical services.

Key features of this new joint offering include:
